With a Master's degree from a business school, Pauline Bréton began her professional career with the strategy and management consulting firm Accenture. In 2017, she decided to take a professional turn and joined the family business Saint-Honoré Art Consulting, consulting and sales of works of art, where she created a department dedicated to 19th and 20th century photography.

She assists her customers in building up their photographic collections on all types of themes, and regularly organizes exhibitions, either independently or in partnership with galleries or photographers' estates.
